As a Program Manager for the Department of Justice’s Second Chance Act (SCA) at the Center for Health and Justice (CHJ), Maryanne manages the consulting, training, and technical assistance for both corrections and community-based SCA grantees nationwide. She provides consulting to grantees through remote and on-sight training, coaching, and needs assessments to help grantees meet their project goals.

Prior to joining TASC, Maryanne was a Case Manager for the Adult Diversion program at the Foundation of HOPE. There, she spearheaded the establishment of the inaugural Adult Diversion Program. She also facilitated seamless linkages to care and served as the primary point of contact for service providers, while supporting participants in crafting individualized service plans.

Maryanne earned her bachelor’s degree at Duquesne University, where she studied psychology and sociology. While at Duquesne, she was involved in the Elsinore-Bennu Think Tank and Inside-Out program where she helped bridge the gap between incarcerated men and police officers within the Pittsburgh area. She received her master’s degree at Marymount University in forensic and legal psychology. Her background includes experience in social work and substance use, intelligence analysis, and research within the law enforcement community. Maryanne looks forward to continuing her career and making a difference in the criminal justice community.
