As a program manager, Catherine provides consultation, training, and technical assistance as part of the Bureau of Justice Assistance’s Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Program (COSSUP).

Catherine’s work is deeply rooted in harm reduction. She led a post overdose response program as the co responder with law enforcement in several cities on Massachusetts’ South Shore. She has worked with people with substance use disorders - both clinically and non-clinically - across the treatment spectrum. Before joining TASC, Catherine worked for the Recovery Research Institute in Boston where she led a study on alcohol use disorder and a nationwide study on recovery community centers.

Catherine holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Northeastern University.
